What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping methods and Options are Vendor specific and determined by location. Each Vendor sets their offer of available shipping methods and terms.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Right now we do not ship offer international shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Each Vendor sets their own delivery times and terms of service for their store. When you place an order, you will see the option of the delivery offered by the store owner. Some Vendors will choose to accept and confirm before you pay for your order to confirm that they can deliver during your requested delivery window.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payments are accepted through secure external payment gateways. We offer Paystack and Monnify. We will soon add Flutterwave to our list of payment options. You can choose your preferred method of payment from the options offered on the various payment gateways. Material Mall does not have access to, or store any of your payment details. Your data is 100% encrypted.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Very safe. We use secure, licensed, third-party payment platforms and applications, that secure your data.

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

1. Look for the product you wish to buy in the Shop 2. Click the 'Add to Cart / Basket' button 3. Fill in your buyer details and fill in the information for delivery location 4. Select your delivery date and time 5. Choose your payment option 6. Make payment 7. You will receive an invoice with order details and confirmation of payment in your registered email address.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel or change your order, you will need to reach out to the store owner through the 'Contact Vendor' form on the right side of the product page or you can go to your orders page and click the cancel order button within 30 minutes of placing your order. Also send us a chat with your request for cancellation and your order details (order no. order date, amount paid).

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You must have an account to place an order on material mall naija.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track you order on your Account dashboard under 'Order Tracking'. Make sure you have your order ID / number and registered email handy in order to fill the form.

How Can I Return a Product?

Product returns are based on Material Mall Naija, terms and conditions on returns and refunds. Kindly go through the terms and conditions of the categories of products you wish to buy before making any payment. You can also discuss with the Vendor through the 'Get Store Support' tab and confirm this from them before placing your order.
