This group is open to corporations,
property developers, professionals, and large construction companies.

Only businesses can register.
A small fee is charged for reaching a larger group of verified wholesale sellers, seller matching, and comprehensive buyer protection.
Buyer protection involves transacting fully on the platform, and making payments through
Material Mall payment systems to the seller.
The funds are held in escrow until the item is delivered and verified by the buyer.
Material Mall releases the funds to the seller within 1 to 2 working days after the order is placed and after delivery has been made and verified by both buyer and seller.
Our field inspectors verify (order matching) and carry out checks of the materials from the seller’s store according to the buyer’s order before payment or delivery.

Minimum order amount is N5,000,000 (N5million)
Standard commission fees on each transaction is from 1.5% to 3.5% on a sliding scale with a maximum fee cap. Lower rates may apply on large transaction amounts.
Insurance cover is optional.
